Bronto Software has a new award to add to our collection. For the second time in two years, Bronto has brought home the Stevie Award from the American Business Association for Best Customer Service Department in Computer Software. Bronto COO, Chaz Felix, and VP of Client Services, Carolyn Sparano, traveled to New York for the ceremony Monday, June 21st and accepted the award alongside other winners like Apple, Oracle, Ford Motor Company, Mozilla, and Samsung. Chaz Felix, adorned in a tuxedo, accepted the award on behalf of Bronto. After winning, the Bronto team celebrated with a champagne toast by Chaz at the Bronto HQ; then the group gathered for a team picture with the two Stevie Award trophies:
