BTW, love the shot of Carolyn - reminds me of Charlie&#039;s Angels, just with a controller instead of a gun.  And a headband.  And without the other chicks.  Okay, so maybe not Charlie&#039;s Angels.  But still, props to her for not having played Wii before and making it to the semi-finals her first shot.  :-)</description>

Great post on team building activities that really hits home as I have used similar methods when managing my Software Product Engineering teams.  The only difference was I used a 2nd generation Nintendo and the game was Super Mario Brothers.
