Director, Production Engineering
The Director, Production Engineering will be overseeing a large, distributed, highly dynamic SaaS platform for Internet Retailers and brand manufacturers such as Gander Mountain and Trek Bikes. The Director, Production Engineering will be responsible for all aspects of our application in production use; including coordination resources, creating schedules and assigning tasks, assessing risk of change and developing a course of action. They will also be responsible for technical issues that are escalated from Client Services Support Team; prioritizing defect resolution based on severity and pervasiveness of the issue. The Director of Production Engineering will also work very closely with our QA team and will develop test plans for new features during and after Beta Release. As this is a brand new role at Bronto, they will have high visibility within the Bronto team and be responsible for communication across the organization to provide detailed status updates. This is a unique opportunity that will have an immediate and direct impact on the business.
