Skip “Blues Brother” Mangum
Skip joins Bronto as Director of Account Management following a career that spans more than 15 years in sales. Most recently, Skip was Director of Sales for the Americas at GFI Software. Prior to GFI, Skip was the Inside Sales Manager at Red Hat, an Account Executive with Strategic Technologies and Inside Sales Manager with EMJ America. Skip will be building the Account Management team at Bronto and will be the link between Bronto and our existing customer base.
Skip is a former winner of the Triangle Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40. When not setting the sales world on fire, Skip is a down to Earth family man that loves to fly fish and entertain friends by playing the blues on his harmonica and cooking up Low Country/Cajun feasts. He has awesome music taste (including 2 of my all-time favs: Dillon Fence and The Connells) and has combined his love for music and community service to found Band Together with several other local business leaders. Band Together is a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise funds and awareness for select charities through events that showcase and support musical talent. Although he claims to be the “least talented” of his brothers who include an actor in L.A. and a singer whose style is reminiscent of Johnny Cash and Elvis – Bronto is thrilled to bring the humble talents of Skip to our team.

Drew “The Hippie” Dahlke
Drew is joining Bronto as a Software Engineer/PHP Developer on our extremely talented Product Development team. With 8 years of web development experience most recently with NBC 17 where he was a Lead Developer, we’re happy to have Drew aboard. Prior to NBC 17, Drew was at McClatchy Interactive where he was part of a team of developers that converted newspaper websites to CMS platforms. He has also worked with several web start-up organizations as a web applications developer.
When he is not tied down to his Mac programming, Drew is busy producing music and DJing at local watering holes, weddings and events. Drew is a rare Native North Carolinian, having grown up in Durham and has also spent several years in Asheville. Drew’s six years in Asheville have helped shaped his “hippie” lifestyle – including his love of energy conservation (note his Prius) and his fondness for camping in the NC Mountains. When back in his N. Raleigh home, he spends his time relaxing with his puppies: a black lab and a retriever/shepherd mix, and cooking meals for his friends and his fiancee.
