On April 1, after an extensive search (over 400 applicants), Bronto is excited to announce that Matthew Davis and Tad Takeda have joined our growing team as Territory Sales Executives.
Matthew “Steely Dan” Davis:
Matthew is bringing his entrepreneurial background to his role at Bronto. Matthew started his own business, DWC Services, while still in school and after building his pressure washing/window cleaning venture from the ground up; was able to sell this profitable enterprise and move forward with his stellar sales career. His first sales role was in the challenging Mortgage Industry where he honed his cold-calling/prospecting skills. Matthew comes to Bronto after 4 years at ChannelAdvisor where we was able to advance from an SMB Sales Executive to Enterprise Executive role.
Matthew is music aficionado, having played in a “cheese rock” band for 10 years covering Huey Lewis, The Talking Heads and Steely Dan as well as songs written by Matthew himself. When not at work, Matthew can be found spending time with his family and teaching his 18 month son Cooper how to dribble a soccer ball and cheer “Go Tar Heels!”
Tad “Fast and Furious” Takeda:
Tad is also joining Bronto from ChannelAdvisor after 2 highly successful years where he was one of the top Sales Executives on the Enterprise Sales team. Tad started his illustrious career in Telecommunications with 4 years of experience in Sr. Sales roles at Madison River Communications, ITC DeltaCom and Alltel. Tad then made the switch to software sales with his role as Regional Account Manager with OutStart, Inc. In his 3 years at OutStart, Tad won several Sales Achievement Awards before taking his mad sales skills to ChannelAdvisor.
Tad raced motorcycles (the sport bike variety) for 6 years in New Hampshire winning multiple trophies – but alas no money. Now that his illustrious race career is over, Tad relaxes in more genteel ways and can be found on a back nine doing his best Tiger Woods impersonation or tearing up the back roads in his canary-yellow Corvette. Tad also spends most of his spare time hanging out with his best dog, his Shitzu Brodie.
