Director of Account Management: The Director of Account Management will be responsible for leading the newly formed Account Management team which serves as the business liaison to our over 800 clients. Must be experienced in instituting sales practices for renewals, up-selling and cross-selling. Ideal candidates will have a mix of sales and relationship management experience, strategic vs. tactical expertise, and prior management experience.
Deliverability Manager: The Deliverability Manager will manage email deliverability issues on both a company wide basis by working with the major ISPs, and on an individual client basis by diagnosing issues and education. The ideal candidate for this position has a blended background in both technology and client services. They must have the tech background to understand complex deliverabilty issues and be able to translate those issues directly to our clients. Communication skills are key!
Sr. PHP Developer: This is the role for the hardcore programmer. The Sr. PHP Developer will be responsible for extending existing code and developing new code for our email marketing application. Ideal candidates here are strong PHP developers with solid MySQL backgrounds who are experienced in working in a LAMP environment. Our developers are rock stars, so if you want a challenge this is the role for you.
