Bronto is no stranger to helping the community. From community sponsored accounts to monthly community service events, Bronto is committed to positively impacting our local community.
That’s why just recently five Brontos helped bag pasta at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC, and others helped “demo” the Agape Corner School for future repair and construction through Habitat for Humanity of Durham.
On Wednesday, March 18th five volunteers from Bronto showed up to volunteer at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC. Account Managers Julie Waite and Kristen Gregory, Finance Associate Tammy Bridges and Software Engineers Dave Albert and Jameson Lopp happily bagged pasta for 2 hours. The volunteers reported that the work was easy but very productive. A special shout out goes to Dave & Jameson who were confident enough in their masculinity to keep their hairnets on while standing next to a group of sorority sisters.
Saturday, March 28th from 8am – 12:30pm three Brontos: Kristen Gregory, Tammy Bridges, and Territory Sales Representative Brad McGinity volunteered to help demo a building for the Agape Corner School. They helped remove 3 cast-iron circa 1929 tubs, then helped dismantle a brick chimney. Great work Brontos! Take a look at pictures of their work.
We’ve got many more volunteer events to come, including more work for Habitat for Humanity of Durham, Triangle Impact, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation. Stay tuned!
